Music Production at SubBass

Take one of our music production courses in London and we will quickly show you how to create killer tunes. Our tutors are all professional producers who are currently engaged in and releasing music on the electronic music scene. With experience in a variety of styles, SubBass tutors will work with you to produce tracks in the genre of your choice.

Our music production course learning zone has 6 individual music production workstations and a live room for vocal recording, working with analogue equipment and mixing down. The studio is full of the latest sound engineering hardware and software, including the full Roland AIRA range, Native Instruments, Logic Pro, Ableton Live, PUSH, Arturia soft synth collections, and much more.

Choosing The Right Course

The first thing you need to decide is whether you want to take a Logic Pro or Ableton Live course. Both DAWs are fantastic, so it's really down to which you prefer the look and feel of. Feel free to call us for advice on this and any other questions you have about our music production courses.

At SubBass Academy of Electronic Music we have a full range of music production courses to suit producers of all abilities. With a maximum of 6 students on a course you will get lots and lots of 121 time with the tutor. The learning environment is very relaxed and you will have plenty of time to understand all the techniques.

For those who want to get really deep, we have 6 month music production courses with either Logic or Ableton Live. These are split into 2 modules and allow you to choose to either take a break after the first 3 months and continue onto module 2 at a later date, or if you already have a good feel for music production you can jump straight into the 2nd module.

If you’re looking for a more condensed course we have various month-long courses, from level 1 through to level 3. These courses can be taken back-to-back across 3 months or with a break in-between. Alternatively, you can choose which course is the right one for your level and jump straight in.

For students who prefer weekend courses or want to learn in bite-size chunks, we also have weekend music production course options.

You can also take a tailored 121 group-learning music production course with us. As well as having time to work on your tracks privately with an industry expert, you will also be able to learn from other students.

If you prefer 121 learning we can organise a bespoke course for your needs. For more information please call us on 0207 593 0435.
